Healthy Sight Award Recipient Rewards


There will be one award given to the top Eyecare Professional location as chosen from the 3 finalists of the 3 regions in Canada (West, Ontario and East)***. Each finalist representing the 3 regions will be invited to attend Transitions Academy 2011 where the reveal of the winner will announced.

 

The 2010 Eyecare Professional of the Year award winner will enjoy:

 
  • A trip for 2 to attend the Transitions Championship for Healthy Sight at the Innisbrook Resort in Florida in 2011 (PGA Tour event)
  • Public Relations and media outreach announcing the winner and extolling their commitment to their patients, to the community and to Eye Health education
  • Certification designating them as the Transitions Healthy Sight Eyecare Professional Office of the Year!
  • A special night out and celebratory dinner for their entire staff
  • $50 visa pre-paid cards to the winning ECP office staff
  • A special night out and celebratory dinner for their entire staff
  • $50 visa pre-paid cards to the winning ECP office staff
  • Transitions branded article apparel item (for each staff member)

 

What's in it for you?


All of the 3 Eyecare Professional finalists from each of the 3 regions in Canada (West, Ontario, and East)*** and the Lab or manufacturer representative who nominated them will be invited to attend Transitions Academy in Florida in 2011 where the winning office will be announced. In addition to the trip to Transitions Academy, the winning Lab and staff will receive $50 pre-paid Visa card as a thank you for participating in this program.
